Psychic MediumPsychic Development Reading Recommendations

So often in my readings, I have my clients ask me if there is any recommended reading for learning more about psychic abilities and giftings. There are a number of books and resources out there that I recommend and below you will find some of my suggestions:

Trust Your Vibes

Trust Your VibesThis book by Sonia Choquette is what I would consider the starting point for anyone looking to embark on a psychic journey. Sonia teaches you how to begin to trust your own intuition and gut feelings in your every day life. The language is easy to understand, the exercises are practical, and you walk away with a greater sense of yourself and your psychic potential. She successfully drives home the idea that we are all born psychic and it’s a matter of tuning back into it.

Ask Your Guides

ask your guidesI’ll go out on a limb here and speak for all authentic psychics and say that we tend to talk about Spirit and Spirit Guides a lot and, well, a lot of us fail to explain those concepts. This book breaks down those concepts and lets the reader know that we are all spiritual beings that have a spiritual support system that we chose before we got to Earth that help to guide us while we’re here and to usher us back home when we depart. This book helps to make the reader aware of that support system and help meet the support system. If you’ve ever wanted to connect to your spirit guides in any capacity, I recommend starting here!

Survival of the Soul

survival of the soulI cannot say enough about Lisa as she is my psychic mentor! I hope one day I get to meet her! That said, one of the biggest questions I get from people is what happens after we die? It’s probably one of the biggest points of fear that people live with even knowing the old saying, “death is a part of life!”

What Lisa has done in this book is take her own personal near death experience, communication with her spirit guides, and psychic knowledge to paint the picture of what happens after we depart the Earth and how things work once we return to the Other Side.

Quite honestly, this book takes a lot of the sting, fear, and pain out of death and helps you to understand what happens to your loved ones when they transition.

Many Lives, Many Masters

many lives many mastersBefore I picked up this book, I didn’t know a thing about Dr. Weiss or what he did. But that all changed when I read this. When I say that this book was a religious experience, I mean that it changed my life on so many different levels.

Dr. Weiss is a clinical psychotherapist that began using hypnotherapy on one of his clients and she began vividly recalling traumas from past lives without carrying any recollection of these conversations with him post-hypnosis. After he was able to put his scientific skepticism aside, he learned there is more to life than this one life time and what science purports to know. The biggest turning point was when, in the pre-internet/Google days, the client told Dr. Weiss about his deceased child, something she could not have known!

Start with these books and you will be well on your way!
