If you were brought up in the Christian tradition, you will probably recognize the Christianized name of the Akashic records as the Book of Life. But what is it? And can you have access to it?
The answer is yes. You can access the Akashic records. The records are the energetic records of every soul about all of their lifetimes. All past lifetimes, current lifetimes, and even those that you have not chosen to incarnate for just yet. In these records contain all lifetimes from everyone. But don’t think of this record book as some sort of painfully dry city hall census record book. No. This book contains much more than factual data. It actually holds the wisdom and knowledge that we have all acquired throughout all of the lifetimes that we have lived.
Can I see my own record?
The answer again is yes!
What I have found is that no one is just reading the records just to read them. You want to be able to pull information from the records but also do something with that information once you have it.
The records will help you to see patterns and lessons from each lifetime you have lived. They will help you discover the energetic issues you have been carrying with you from one lifetime to the next. The records can also help assist you to uncover what issues you are encountering this lifetime that you can’t seem to overcome.
If you find yourself always in the care of a therapist, life coach, or psychic trying to assist you in fixing your problems, you could probably stand to access your records. Now, do not misunderstand me. I am NOT saying that you should not be in the care of any of these professionals; quite the contrary! They’re here for a reason! But if you’re feeling constantly blocked or stagnant, the records are one more tool that will assist you in moving past the blockage!

I probably sound like a broken record at this point, but meditation is always the best way to undergo anything spiritual as it calms, frees, and opens your mind. There are some awesome guided meditations (link) that can assist you in accessing your particular record.
In addition, there is an amazing website that has some great free detailed resources on accessing your records that I highly recommend as you start your journey in reading your Akashic records.
