Allow me to introduce you a family of amazing sisters that you may or may not be familiar with: the Clair sisters! Okay, so this is just my tongue-in-cheek way of introducing you to the several types of clair- psychic gifts. This is one of a series of articles I’ll be writing on the clair’s.
What does the Clair- prefix mean?
The prefix itself stands for “clear” while the suffix you attach on the end pertains to the sense that the clarity is a part of.
For this post, we will be looking at clair-voyance or clear sight.
What is a clairvoyant?
A clairvoyant is an individual, like myself, that has the ability to see images, symbols, colors, visions, and dreams either superimposed on the physical world or in their mind’s eye.
It’s easy to discount this as an overactive imagination or daydreaming, but rest assured the gift will make itself apparent, many times in flashes of light, color, or even headaches.
For me, my clairvoyant gift first made itself apparent when I foresaw the death of my oldest brother. In what I’ve now dubbed my own spiritual iMAX (sIMAX), I was transported from my location at the time to a theatre of sorts with a large white screen. On that screen, I was watched the events of the night that my brother would ultimately depart this lifetime. This is still how my clairvoyant gift manifests and is used today–all upon the sIMAX screen. Since then, the gift has grown and I’m now able to utilize it to connect to Spirit to deliver messages to each of you.
How do I know if I’m clairvoyant?
Here are a few ways to know…
1. Your dreams have become more vibrant, detailed, vivid, and memorable.
2. You feel as if a presence is watching you and you can actually come up with a physical description of how it looks.
3. You dream or daydream about something, no matter how small, and it happens. This is precognition–knowing something would happen before it did. (This often happens for me when I’m thinking of a person and 1 minute later, they’re calling or texting).
4. You are seeing things or flashes of light out of the corner of your eyes.
5. Much like when you read a book and can visualize the details, you automatically do the same when people speak to you and tell you stories.
There are many psychic gifts and you definitely can have more than one. In my experience, many people have one dominant psychic gift that they rely on the most. While clarivoyance is my dominant and most active gift, I am also clairaudient (clear hearing), claircognizant (clear knowing), and clairgustiant (clear tasting). You can also develop other less dominant gifts within yourself so you have a more well-rounded psychic arsenal to draw from.
I will be doing articles on each of the clair- sisters so you have the most complete information on each of them as possible. It took me nearly two decades of research, doubt, apprehension, and skepticism and develop and accept my gift. It’s my goal to save you that time, effort, and research.
